I successfully completed both L1 (logical, problem solving and technological questions) and L2 (Techno managerial level) interview rounds. Only HR round was remain, and after the L2 round, I was informed that I had been selected. However, despite my selection, no offer was released. Instead, the background verification (BGV) process was initiated, during which all my IT and PF details were collected. Later, I was informed that the project I was being hired for had been put on hold, and I would be assigned to a different project. As a result, another L2 interview round was scheduled. I agreed to proceed with this. However, upon joining the call, I realized that the interview was identical to the L1 round. This was quite disappointing, and I considered ending the call immediately. Nevertheless, I completed the interview. I request Hexaware to conduct interviews only when there is a genuine intent to hire. Candidates invest their time and effort in the process, and such experiences can be discouraging.
