Smooth and fair. Primarily based on technical skill sets. The panel was very open and fair during the interview process. Since it was an walk in process , it took some time to get through 1st round but 2nd round was much more quick. HR was also available to answer specific question.
The first round includes aptitude, technical, and vocabulary tests, followed by a group discussion in the second round, a coding round in the third, and an HR interview in the final round.

Process was simple. First received an email regarding years of experience on particular skills. Next interview was setup.
The job role described automation testing as well.
But questions asked were very average and mostly on Manual testing.
The interviewer was not rude but seemed to have lot of attitude.
