Great interview experience. It is a 2-tier interview where the technical and aptitude interview in one round and the other is HR round.Though it is prolonged, they access applicant's logical, technical and aptitude skills.

Some people were asked to come for the 2nd Technical/Managerial Round, if the interviewer was not fully satisfied with their interview, but thought they might perform better if given a chance.
