2 phone interviews, 2 rounds of on-site interviews.
I spent a significant amount of my time and energy going through several rounds of interviews, only to be left hanging with NO feedback or status updates for 4 WEEKS, at which point I had already accepted another offer and had no interest in this opportunity.
Out of 11 individuals that I interviewed with, only TWO were female, and most of the people I met with were not well-versed in the nature of my role and couldn't hold a meaningful conversation about how I could add value in the position I was interviewing for. Overall, I got a distinct “boys club” feel from this organization-- and unsurprisingly, they ultimately filled the role I was interviewing for with a white male.
I do not recommend this company to job seekers.

Interviews were approached with a "What can you do for me??" attitude. During one phase I had 6 back to back interviews, and was asked the same questions from just about every person I met with.
