I would say it is a easy going interview process starting from a short phone interview arranged by HR an on-site written test in less than an hour followed by a quick interview with team head/ manager and you don't have to visit second time

It started by asking you to introduce yourself using Mandarin as most of their customers are from Mainland China and Hong Kong. After they assessed your Mandarin proficency, it then asked you to conduct a written test of email reply task. It was related to customer complaint or how would you assist the customer.
