I filled out an application online which involved straightforward information, also needed to complete a DBS check which was also quite straightforward. I was then contacted by phone to be offered an interview. The interview was not too formal and made me feel more relaxed. The only downside was that I had to chase up whether I was successful or not
Interview lasted around half an hour with 2 members of management. Found out I had the job on the day. Positive experience, started training around a week after interview and then waited for DBS to come back before starting job

Was an easy interview process for somebody with no experience in this type of work, they will give you a chance as long as you care, they also tell you how they have regular training and shadowing to learn

Entrevista
Really easy relaxed interview with 2 staff members. One was the rota manager the other was a care manager. They asked basic care industry questions and did a small role play and asked questions to try and gauge who I am as a person.
