I had a phone interview w/a recruiter for them. Then an in-person w/2 ADOA's and their DOA. Then another interivew w/their VP and a final one w/their Sr DOA. It was a pretty easy & smooth process for me.

This was worst interview experience I have ever had, RUN!!! First of all, I had 5 interviews! 5!!!! They all pretty much asked the same thing. I was asked three times to describe a time I have been yelled at by manager and how I responded. I answered by saying it has not happened but if it did I would work to be better and understand where the expectations were not met. Herzing then said it will happen there if I do not meet my metrics, which sounds to be about 85 phone calls a day and 50 "yes's." In every single interview they talked about how they monitor success through data and metrics and quantitative things and I proceeded to describe how that is okay with me as long as the workload is attainable and I can do my best work/experience but they did not care about that. All they care about is if you can cold call people and sell their university. Not interested in the students experience or your work ethic/values.
