      The HR people are totally clueless and read off a generic sheet of paper whatever questions that are printed. I had a woman "interview" me for this position and instead of engaging with me with two-way conversation, she kept writing everything down whatever I said. There was no flow of conversation; every time I answered her question, she would read another one from the sheet. She had no clue about the job description, my qualification and what the job required. She said she was pleased with the interview and I should look out for confirmation on second round soon. After 4 weeks of constantly calling to find out when she could schedule the second interview date with the manager, she finally set it up and told me that there are too many profiles to filter and it takes time (hint: poor management). The manager also had the same sheet of the same questions but at least he tried to ask me more details about my answers. He said they should be making a decision soon and he was pleased with the interview. For 2 months, I kept trying to find out any feedback from this HR woman but there was no response. Then I emailed the manager to find out where I stood. The same day I got a reply from the same HR woman telling me not to ask the manager directly but instead ask her anything regarding the hiring process and feedback. She said the feedback was positive and she was busy with the interviews and couldn't reply my emails or call me back. (hint: poor management) A month later I saw the posting was already removed from their career section and when I called the HR Manager (this HR woman's boss), I was told that my profile is still open and no decision has been made but the job was already filled three weeks ago. The first HR lady still didn't reply me to notify me that I didn't get it. Not even a computer generated generic email!! I was really taken for a ride when I had high hopes for this place. Now that I look back, I don't feel bad at all and all these negative reviews are true. i know someone closely who works there and she recommended me to apply there to get some experience; well let me tell you, I got the experience and it's not a good one that i will never forget. According to my reliable source, "All the managers who were hired before the IPO have well paying positions and these people don't want new hires to get ahead so as soon as they see someone getting promoted or changing departments, these managers write bad reviews and tell the HR that these people can contribute more to the company if they stay in their current roles"

      Very easy and outgoing. I was first called by Human Resources and answered around 5 questions and then I was scheduled for a formal interview at the company. There were two interviewers and was asked around 15 situational questions.

      Phone Interview in local language. First, they were explaining their business and then starting the interview. Most of questions is about your resume. At the end they gave you time to ask anything.

      The interview process was not very long. Three rounds of interview. Got the offer in a month. The interview was very relaxed. The interviewers were keen on understanding how you manage the stress.
