Interview was straight forward. I met with the Area Manager he asked a few basic interview questions, he then asked me to sell him my watch. Then I met with the General Manager who just gave me the rundown on how working Hertz is like

The most difficult part of the interview was asking me to sell him something on the spot.
In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.
It was a quick 2 step process. Spoke with a recruiter and then GM. They asked similar questions, but the GM interview was more in depth. They wanted to know about my branch numbers and my plan to grow revenue.
