Phone interview first and then they have arranged the face to face interview in the office. The interview is 1-1.5 hours which is consist of 2 parts, the first part is some behavioral questions and followed by technical test of accounting journals and reconciliation.

One phone interview and two rounds panel interview with team and later with Chief Financial Officer. No HR though. Standard questions re experience qualification etc. No behaviural type of questions
