Phone interview, 2 week back round check, drug screen. It takes a while to get hired. They dont have enough people in HR. Be patient Hertz does not tell you about working outside in the heat during the interview

I am involved in this process on a weekly basis. We have a several interview process where we have usually the Branch Manager do the first interview and then an Area Manager or General Manager do the second interview.
