After initial phone interview with recruiter, had a phone interview with 4 Directors. Next step was a face-to-face interview with 4 Directors (different than the 4 from the phone interview). Recruiter was very helpful throughout the interview process. Quick and to the point as opposed to some of my other experiences.

There was minimal information provided about the company culture, job expectations, or potential career growth within the organization. This lack of clarity left me questioning whether Hertz Mexico truly values its employees and invests in their professional development. To add insult to injury, the feedback following the interview was vague and unhelpful. I was not provided with constructive criticism or specific reasons for not moving forward in the process, leaving me in the dark about areas where I could potentially improve. In conclusion, my experience with Hertz Mexico's interview process was far from positive. The lack of communication, unprepared interviewers, and overall lack of transparency left me with a sour impression of the company's commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. I would caution prospective candidates to carefully consider whether this is the type of organization they want to be a part of before investing time in the application and interview process.
