Invited by a friend to a Job Fair at Sky Harbor Airport. I interviewed with the General Manager for the state on the same day. Very cordial interview and they seemed interested in me right away. Background check took a little longer than expected. Once cleared, they were able to start me right away.
In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.
It was a quick 2 step process. Spoke with a recruiter and then GM. They asked similar questions, but the GM interview was more in depth. They wanted to know about my branch numbers and my plan to grow revenue.
