I applied and was invited for a phone interview. The phone interview was professional and courteous. However, after that, it was an awful process and experience. I never heard anything from Hertz and found out the recruiter resigned and joined another company. After numerous contacts, nobody knew about the status of the position and me as a candidate. If they treated me this way during the interview process, how can I have any confidence in renting a car from Hertz in the future? They failed me as a potential employee and future customer.
