The process was relatively quick and well-organised. The first call was an intro interview, the second - a longer panel call with a presentation I'd been asked to prepare, follow up questions about the presentation & a discussion about the role requirements. The presentation topic felt natural for this role, and focused on problem solving rather than extracting a marketing plan from the candidate, which made a positive impression on me. Overall, a well-thought out and enjoyable process, plus good vibes. I'm rating this as difficult because this truly was a role for experienced marketers and specialist-level candidates would not have passed through to the second round. I made the shortlist but ultimately someone else was picked.
