The phone and in person was all very standard. When I went in for the second round, the person had no idea why she was interviewing me or who I had already spoken to. I was given the same tour twice and was asked of I was a native to San Jose. When I asked why I was told "If you are they won't accept you." The office was filled with old un-matching broken and dirty furniture. I was told that they are moving in a few years but doing a lot of construction now in current building.
