I interviewed with multiple people and they were great. I could tell right away that I was able to be myself and was comfortable throughout the whole interview. They even told me about things they went through in their lives as well which made me feel like it was a judgement free interview. They answered every question I had to ask. Made me want to work for them.
Reached out to schedule a call within a day of submitting my application. Very friendly and straight forward, basic interview questions (i.e. introduce yourself, why are you interested, etc.). Ghosted after call.
