The interview process was very good and somewhat informal on the companies side. Both interviews were remote. I got the impression that follow-up would occur, particularly since I was provided with an approximate timeline for decision-making. I never heard back from either interviewer, despite having sent two follow up emails to each individual. It has now been 3 weeks since my latest interview, with not even a "thanks but no thanks" email. Personally, I find this very unprofessional and I wish companies would acknowledge the time spent by applicants to go through the interview process. At the very least an email stating the position was closed should be sent so that the applicant can move on to other offers/opportunities.
It was a very streamlined and straightforward process. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and the interviewer was very friendly and nice. The interview was about a 30 minutes and the questions were not very difficult. Culture is very important to them so make sure you understand their values and how you would be a great fit.

Good and smooth. Fun. Energetic. Caring. Overall great experience HR we’re very nice people and the people that worked at the company were very nice as well. Nothing bad to say at all great company cares a lot of their employees

After applying, I received an email in the beginning of July to set up a call with the recruiter. I had a call with the recruiter and then 3 other people regarding the position. I found out I didn’t get the job last week after 2 months of interviewing and waiting. Very disappointing as I felt I did not need to waste this much time. The recruiter was not very responsive and I was the one who had to follow up after they said they would get back to me by a certain point but never did.
