The management brought me in for two interviews. The first was pleasant as the editors were very nice! Then, I had to interview with management. Some of management was kind and a joy to talk to( in my opinion), while others in management were really intense and one could argue even grandiose (in my opinion). Everything some of management said gave the vibe of a subtle dig (in my opinion). Management dragged out the process (in my opinion) before providing an offer. Also, we were placed on extensive periods of time where we did not have a "real" offer (in my opinion). What I mean by this is that the position offered was not permanent. When that contract was up, management offered another position that was not permanent, although I had a very good employee review ( in my opinion). Not a great deal and not what they promised me ( in my opinion and in my experience). As a word of caution I would suggest that if you are offered a job to read over your contract VERY carefully.
