It was a pretty lengthy interview process, approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours. This was because they interview for a number of CO-OP positions at once. HR managers were friendly, and other hiring managers were easy to talk to as well. Interview questions were challenging, but there weren't a lot of technical questions asked. At the end, we took a plant tour.
