Phone screening with job overview, in person with direct supervisors and then 3rd interview with meeting HR head and giving a power point presentation. Reference screening and given repsonse timelines that not only were never met after 3 interviews not even a personalized email- just an auto reply that another candidate was chosen. This was after being left twisting in the wind for over a week after the date given that they would make a decision. Left with a bad taste over the unprofessional handling of the process.
