Interviewers: every interviewer was very respectful, engaging and showed a lot of knowledge and experience within the industry. Moreover, the questions asked were all tailored to assess the candidate in specific aspects of product management and leadership. Well paced and efficient process. They will tell you in the beginning how the process will go and will ask you your expected salary etc. Being forthright here definitely helped. HR interview (30 mins), hiring manager interview (1 hour) , case study, senior stakeholder interview (45 mins), values interview (45 mins). All interviews were via video call.
