Process was very smooth and clear. There was immediate feedback after each interview and the next steps were communicated clearly. The assignment was also appropriate and enough time was allocated.

Initial prescreen was done remotely online. It was very robotic. I found the HR representative very disengaged and slightly negative. I got the sense they do not believe in the company. I was instantly put off.
