1. Interview with a recruiter (30 mins) - talking mostly about the preferences when it comes to the internship (part time/full time, 3 months/6 months).
2. Technical interview with the Squad Lead and a Senior FE Engineer from the squad (60 - 90 mins) - talking mostly about my motivation to became an engineer + some high level technical questions (no coding).

How do you motivate yourself to fix a bug/when faced with frustration?
Lack of transparency and communication. The process was inconsistent as I was promised to be called back, but had to follow-up several times to get a concrete answer. HR was unresponsive.
