The process was very smooth. First interview with HR to see job match, previous experiences, and motivation. Second interview with hiring manager. Third step was a case test which resembles to everyday tasks. The last step was an interview/chat with someone even more senior than the hiring manager. The purpose of this chat was basically to check cultural fit.
