The entire process was very quick and straight forward. I received a call the day after I had submitted my application, and was on the first phone interview the same evening. After a few more interviews with different persons (VP People, the former Head of HR Admin, HR BP, HR Admin Manager), I received an offer only two weeks after applying. At all times, it was a very transparent process.
