It's quite comfortable and straighforward but then you will waiting for life for the response from them. They told me to get back to me in one week but I have waited for more than 2 weeks and even wrote them the email but dont see any reply.
1st: 45 min. call with Team Lead.
2nd: 2h task.: First hour to do the task and the second hour to review it.
3rd: 45 min interview with other team members.
Overall the process was good, however I believe that some of the team members were not satisfied enough with my answers in one aspect. The answer came after 10 days in a form of a template. Not even my name was written there and there was 0 feedback for me. Even asking for the feedback I never got it. I had the impression that the workers are not very there...
