Entrevista
I applied on the company website and got an email within 2 days for an interview. It didn't mention that if it was a phone interview or face to face interview. I had to ask to know if its a face to face or a phone interview.
Got a call and was asked several questions. The head of operations had called me but he sounded very robotic.
It gave me a vibe that the company is looking to hire someone who can follow their orders than to hire a leader who can help their company grow.

At the end I asked the interviewer what makes HelloFresh stand out ? he said Quality. Second question I asked was I know Hellofresh is new in Canada so how fast is the company growing or whats the scope for me if I do get hired. He said its hard to say because they don't know what future holds for them.
I don't think I would have accepted their offer because they don't know themselves if the company is going to survive.
First, have HR screening and ask basic questions, and thena second round with the other department operation manager, it was chill talk, but asking not much related things, and I thought I did well and preparing for thrid round SQL assessment, but I didn't pass.

1) CV, 2) Interview, 3) case 4) final interview. The first interview is easy, while the final interview is very difficult. The interview also takes quite long and needs to be done face to face.
