There were two rounds of interviews. This first round was a phone interview with an HR specialist then in-person with the manager. The questions were all about the practical issue which would happen.

The interview was very casual. I gave examples of my competency in language translation and later received an e-mail with an offer. I had previous experience translating and majored in languages so that helped.
