No interview process was done. The company recruitment department reached out for a first-round interview, and a 15-Minute meet and greet was scheduled. The recruitment department couldn't meet and rescheduled. The recruiter never showed up or confirmed rescheduled appointment, even with confirmation through email. It appears the department proceeded with ghosting. I was disappointed, but I'm glad I had this type of visibility early on.
