I was placed there by Mancan. I accepted the inital assignment which was to last 2 weeks. I received some policy/ handbook info from Tanya in HR. I was then taken to the building in which I worked, met the receiving dock manager and began assignment. It Turned out the then production manager was a scheduling manager at a past job, liked my work ethic, increased my pay and moved me to foaming. I was transferred to second shift which became third shift 7pm to 7am. So in summary what was meant to be a two week assignment first shift became a third shift 84 hr workweek instead of 40. I was written up for poor persormance be the lead for a day when my numbers were short. With 10 days left of probation period, I decided this situation was not going to get better and resigned.
