I was contacted.for a brief phone interview where I was asked questions about how I would prompt someone through a task, the best approach in line with positive behavior support, how to handle a behavior in public. I was brought in for a face to face interview soon after and asked more questions. These questions were more ethically telling. I was given an oral swab drug test and fingerprinted. You need a tv test and health assessment I'd you're offered a job. You get 2+weeks of very helpful training.
