By phone calling and after by person the interviewer has been very easy and confortable. No pressure or tricky questions. It's been a very unformal and casual talking. The interviewer dimostred interest in my answers and well disposed to understand my motivations to get the job.

I had 1 Phone interview with the head of the dept. Followed by another with HR, followed by an assignment followed by meeting EIC. The company was eventually sold to Hearst and never heard back.
