The interview process was fairly laid back, but I would definitely consider it to be a fair assessment of my abilities. I love that they are really thorough finding the right person, and I respected them more for that fact. They also talked about the office environment and assessed my personality to make sure I would be the most effective candidate personality-wise.

This process consists of a 15-minute call with a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an edit test, and a request for references (in that order). Some EAs will do two interviews instead only one.

An introductory call with HR, simple writing test and a Zoom interview with editors which lasted about an hour. Everyone was very nice, particularly the HR rep who called to let me know I hadn't got the job.

Entrevista
I applied online and was quickly contacted by a recruiter. I interviewed on zoom within a week. Interviewer was nice, questions weren’t very difficult. I have already been working a job similar to the one I was interviewing for so no questions were unexpected. I thought the interview went well, they told me they didn’t have a time frame for hiring, but to reach out if I was seriously talking to another company. Within an hour I sent thank you emails. I never received another response until I was told the position was filled.
