Chiming in with the others who got ghosted. Went through three rounds with Hearst and didn't hear back from them. Even followed up and nada. I think that anyone applying and in the same position should look at the portal. I noticed after 2 months that I'm no longer under consideration. But still, didn't like the lack of communication during and after the interview process.
