One of the interviews was over the phone and then I had another interview in person Good questions, not really generic. My interview over the phone was calm and casual to get to know you and your expertise. They made me feel extremely comfortable and wanted to know about me, my life, interests, professional goals. Once oriented around the position they asked a lot about customers and situations which I may face, asked me how I would deal with them. Overall a good interview process.
