I applied for the position through Indeed.com and was contacted by a recruiter in Denver (HQ) three days later to set up a brief phone call to go over my resume and to answer a few experience questions. At the end of that conversation with the recruiter, they said they wanted to move me forward to the 1.5 hour long interview with the department director and two leads in the department. I was sent a schedule to set up my Zoom interview (during COVID-19 and the department was working from home) with the three people in the department the following day and due to my scheduling needs, I scheduled it for the Friday of that week. The Zoom interview consisted of personality and situational questions asked by all three members. At the end, they allowed me to ask questions that I had as well.
