Filling out the application to receiving an offer spanned about 2 months. This included a phone screen, a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager, a written assessment, a presentation with Q&A, a bunch of 1 on 1 interviews with several team members, and an in-depth reference check. The interview process was very thorough and covered technical aspects of the day-to-day job, overall strategic goals for the role, and expectations for internal/external communication. Understanding the data ecosystem HealthVerity operates in and a strong grasp of the client perspective was a significant part of the interview process. There was also a lot of effort in gauging how I would fit in with the culture of the company.
