The interview process took about 3 weeks. I met with the recruiter, hiring manager, and COO. Each round felt more like a conversation as opposed to a more traditional interview, which I enjoyed. I was able to get a good feel for the company and the role I'd be stepping into. The follow up after each round was also great! I appreciated the feedback along the way, which made the process easier.
