I applied through a listing I found on LinkedIn, had a 30-minute phone screen, then had an interview with a manager. There was a technical take-home project that was very fair, and there were apparently multiple back-to-back interviews with team members and management next. I recieved an offer from another company, so did not continue. They seem to be really thorough and had thoughtful answers to my questions.
