Very low-key. A friend of mine connected me with his manager for an informational interview before there were positions open. I learned about the organizational culture and nature of the job. Then, when a position opened within a few weeks, I applied right away. A had a phone interview for basic screening/salary requirements, and then one day of in-person interviews with 3 managers on the team. Questions were simple and focused more on my potential to learn the job and fit in with the team, rather than my hard skills.
