Lousy and unprofessional process later down the road. First initial phone screen went well, as we walked through my background and standard questions regarding my past roles. This was a 30 minute phone conversation as I was moved forward in the process via email. The next step was to speak with one of the hiring managers in that department and was scheduled 2 weeks out from the initial phone screening. It was confirmed on their calendar and not 24 hours before the next call, I was told that the position had been filled and they are no longer accepting candidates.
