Company contacted me to interview for an HR position. I met with one of the owners as well as the HR team. I was then brought back for a 2nd interview with only the two owners. I did not get the HR position, but was offered the payroll position verbally on a phone call. I followed up with a request for a written offer letter outlining the job duties and compensation structure of the position. I did not hear anything back for a day, and then the offer was rescinded to my "feedback". Nothing I asked for was out of the ordinary when receiving a job offer, so I find it very unprofessional to revoke the offer. I was not able to obtain any other feedback. Please be careful when considering an offer from this organization.
