The owner and manager are not healthcare professionals, they have a marketer that puts on a front that he is in healthcare. They are very unprofessional, they have poor team skills and they do not follow up on issues pertaining to the patients. As long as the people get seen and the check is coming, that's enough. No need to care it is not required . Training is completely absent - no orientation or training - hired and thrown in.
