Interviewer was my own manager. She gave me a picture from a campaign, and asked me to come up with a social media copy on the spot, then "graded" it/ gave feedback. Also asked questions like how well I know the organisation, the different campaigns they had etc

Email will be sent to arrange the interview. About 20 minute interview online, depending on the schedule. 2 interviewers, one main person will be asking the questions. Relatively okay, not very strict.

There was only one interview. The process was short. The interviewer asked me about my past internship experiences and standard behavioural questions. The interviewer was very friendly and pleasant to talk to.
