Met with Administrator and DON in Admin's office. Cushy chairs and casual discussion. We talked about the facility and what I might offer. We had a pleasant conversation, tour of facility and meeting with other staff including some nurses that I knew from other facilities. I made a point of demonstrating my commitment to cleanliness, to connecting with residents and pointing out good features of the facility. It was about an hour. Casual discussion ranging over a wide range of areas.
