Courteous. Felt like they already knew they weren't interested before they contacted me, but the interview was fine none the less. It was a quick conversation with basic questions. I had previous experience with a lot to offer but interviewer seemed less than interested. No complaints. I just didn't have what they were looking for and that was very obvious.
