Apply online, invitation for paper exam, then interview with a 3-person panel. Phone call if accepted. The paper exam are pretty long, and you would be on legibility list according to your %. Under 70% is failing. You will have to pay $71 out of pocket for finger printing process. They are all nice and friendly professional but have to follow rules and procedures.

Entrevista
I applied online and then I was invited (via email) to take the YEP Leader exam at the district office. It was a fairly easy test. The higher you score, the more you move up on the eligibility list. So, I passed that and I was contacted for an interview about a week after I took the test.
Very basic interview questions. They give you a paper with the questions on them so you can follow along. You get a phone call a week/week and a half later if you got the job.

Got an email saying that I needed to take a skills test, took the test, then had an interview with two people once passed the test, fairly easy test. Was told that I would be informed a week later and ended up accepting the offer.
