very long process, far too many interviews with different people. should be a much more direct process. Was originally very keen on the company- not too happy to have so much time wasted on my job hunt. turned down other offers while going through the Hays process.
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
