Interview took one hour. It included common questions like what do you know about recruiting, what motivates you, why do you want to work for Hays and what are you looking for in a job. Then there is a roll play where you call your interviewer (the potential client) and offer your services.
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
